Acceptance of Terms:

Welcome to Octolin! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Octolin software and related services (“Service”), provided by LogixBeyond (“we”, “our”, or “us”), the legal entity behind the Octolin brand.

By purchasing, installing, or using Octolin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

License and Usage

Octolin is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software in accordance with your selected plan (Demo, Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime).

Prohibited activities

Use of Octolin is subject to strict guidelines. Users are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software in any form. The software must not be used for unlawful activities or in violation of any third-party terms of service, including LinkedIn’s. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of Octolin without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination or legal action.

Free Demo / Try Before You Buy

We offer a fully functional Demo Plan that allows you to test Octolin with limited usage (e.g., 10 records). This is intended to help you evaluate whether the software meets your needs before purchasing.

Refund Policy

At Octolin, we aim to deliver complete transparency and customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and sustainability in our pricing model.

✅ Yearly Plans
We offer a pro-rated refund on yearly plans if requested within the first 30 days of purchase. This applies even after our 10-day free trial, giving you ample time to explore the product. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription. The first subscription month is non-refundable.

❌ Monthly and Lifetime Plans
Due to the nature of short-term and one-time access, monthly and lifetime plans are non-refundable. These plans provide immediate access to the full feature set, and we encourage users to test the product using the free trial or demo mode before committing.

❌ Refund Exclusions

  • No refunds will be granted for failure to review demo limitations, plan features, or usage policies prior to purchase.

  • Partial cancellations or refunds beyond 30 days of purchase are not eligible under any circumstances.

  • License misuse, abuse of the product, or violation of terms voids refund eligibility.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible plans, please contact our support team at support@octolin.com within the allowed timeframe. Include your order number, license key, and a brief explanation of your reason for cancellation.

Payement Processing

Data and Privacy

All data collected by Octolin is processed locally on your machine. We do not store, transmit, or access your session data, credentials, or extraction results.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data collected, and for complying with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR or data protection obligations applicable in your region.

Third-Party Services and Targets

Octolin is a generic data tool that can be configured by users to extract publicly available information. We do not promote or endorse scraping of any specific platform, nor are we affiliated with any external websites or services.

Users must ensure that their usage complies with all applicable terms of service and legal obligations of the sites they interact with.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Octolin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or compatibility with third-party platforms. You assume full responsibility for how the tool is configured and used.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, legal actions, or service interruptions arising from the use of Octolin.

Support

We offer standard email support and documentation for all users. For priority response, users may be required to provide their license details and system logs to help us assist effectively.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
